3. I will evaluate the situation and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate based on the specific circumstances. 

4. If a repair is required, we will provide instructions for returning the item safely and securely. 

5. In cases where a replacement is deemed necessary due to irreparable damage or loss, I will work closely with you to find a suitable alternative from my available inventory. 

Please keep in mind that this return policy applies only to manufacturing defects, damages during shipping, or other issues that are within my control. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by mishandling or misuse, or modifications made after purchase.
